Waste of time
We didn't get the opportunity to try this storage facility because when we showed up at 5:45pm (they close at 6pm) we walked in to an empty lobby. A woman came out of a door in her pajamas and looked surprised to see us even though the open sign was on. She was rude from the first word out of her mouth. She said "Hi?" When we asked her about the units she said she didn't have any and even if she did there was no way she was going to show us one because it was 10 minutes before she was off work and it was freezing cold out side. She said she could show us some pricing while she was fighting back and forth with a small child to keep the door she came out of closed. We decided to just leave and as we were walking out she was repeating again that it's freezing cold and she's not going out to show units. It's completely poor customer service and ridiculous to think that people like that are left to run businesses and be the face of a company.
