24/7 Access to my Unit was the selling point!
This storage facility at 2888 NE Evangeline has 24/7 Access to your unit! The other Life Storage Store down the street does not have 24/7 Access. There are cameras everywhere and lights that light up the entire property pretty well at night. I originally spoke with Johntal Pierre, the Associate Manager, over the phone after I had come across a deal on SpareFoot's website. I reserved the unit with SpareFoot and Johntal called about the reservation within minutes! She gave me ALL the information I needed before entering the Store to Sign Up for my storage unit. She was super nice and very professional. She went above and beyond to answer all my questions. She even checked to see if there was a lightbulb in my reserved unit and called me back! I went to the Store Sunday and Jason Sneed, Store Manager, was awesome. I came a little before closing time and he still allowed me to sign up for my unit. He was very thorough in explaining everything to me about the service, the insurance, the unit, the lock (my unit required I purchase one of Life Storage's locks for $15.99 because it is a special lock for that unit), the Access (he showed me how to enter the gate and open and close my unit), and he honored the deal from SpareFoot and explained all the charges to me in an easy way for me to understand. Because I reserved through SpareFoot, I was required to purchase the storage insurance (Bader Insurance). The cheapest is only $10 per month on top of your monthly unit rent. There is no contract. You rent month to month. The deal I received was unbeatable! I'm very satisfied with my entire experience from start to finish! I would definitely recommend to anyone who needs a great, clean unit at a fair price, very clean storage grounds, a pleasant looking office with a porch, and awesome customer service! Run, don't walk, to rent a great storage unit from this 24/7 Access Location at 2888 NE Evangeline! :-D
