Basically, I am satisfied at the moment. However, my stuff has only been in the place one day. Consequently, I will have to see how CubeSmart/Sparefoot process my payments; determine if the price is a "bait and switch" situation, where the price goes up after a few months of being there; competency of staff on site; as well as payment processing issues. In short, CubeSmart and Sparefoot will have to earn my business and a higher rating. Please send me another review after 3-6 months and I will update my review.
That being said, I am satisfied with the personnel at the site. Kelsey Young is quite competent. The first person whom assisted me was also very good, albeit, he had indicated that my insurance declaration was satisfactory, but I ended up, having to provide another copy of the insurance declaration to Kelsey the next day. Fortunately, I had another copy inside my car. I apologize, but I forgot this person's name (he worked on Saturday).
The only other issue was the fact that myself and my friends assisting me in filling the storage space had to wait about 45 minutes for Kelsey to return from lunch. Why? My telephone code did not work and we tried nearly a dozen times. Consequently, it caused us to delay my move until Kelsey returned from lunch. It was very obvious that my telephone number code had NOT been processed into the system yet.
In any event, these were minor issues. The space itself is quite clean. Similarly, the building itself is taken care of by Kelsey and staff. I love the fact that this building is climate controlled. In conclusion, my experience was good. Thank you!
