Security

I was pleased with the customer service. What I found lacking was hearing about the insurance only at the time I went there. I place my order on line and nothing was mentioned. If so I might have checked to see if this was offered with the price at other storage units. Also what was little discerning was the fact that the Customer service agent mentioned that there were break-ins.

Easy set up process.

Rating is only a 3 because on the actual move in date, there was still a lock on my unit. Since I was moving things in after office hours, I'm still waiting for them to fix the problem.
