The MAMMOTH offers full-service residential and commercial storage warehousing in our 23,000 square foot facility in downtown Louisville, KY. Rates and sizes are negotiable due to our open floor plan. Our warehousing business model allows us to offer customers wholesale storage rates that are much lower than competing self-storage facilities. Storing at The MAMMOTH is an ideal, low-cost alternative for individuals and companies whose storage needs require low/no access to their property. Our shortest term is a three-month minimum contract. We welcome long-term storage customers who need to store it and forget it.
We-Store Facility - You move it, we store it! Open by appointment only, customers schedule a time to deliver their belongings at our loading dock. Our staff packs, handles and transports your property inside the facility. All storage is securely located on our 3rd floor, accessible only by freight elevator. You simply drop it off.... we do the rest!
SECURITY FIRST! Why store at a warehouse facility? The MAMMOTH is a three-story brick warehouse. All storage is located on the third floor behind a series of locking doors. Supervised access is by appointment, only. Our highly restricted access policy ensures that your belongings are protected. Self-storage and mini-storage units with drive-up access are extremely vulnerable to burglary. At self-storage facilities, the security of your property can be compromised by a simple pair of bolt cutters (you've seen it on Storage Wars!). Is a padlock enough to protect your belongings?
Office and unit access hours at The MAMMOTH are manager-escorted and by appointment only. We place SECURITY FIRST. Please make your reservation online and we will contact you to set up an appointment to move-in. Our facility is fully sprinkled with a certified fire suppression system and features 24/7 fire and security monitoring.
