Customer Service was great and the storage area was clean.

The customer service was great! When we looked at the 10 X 10 storage area we rented realized it was too small for our needs. The folks at Uncle Bob's switched us to a 10 X 15 storage area quickly and easily. They are good people!

Excellent Service

I'm moving to Madison,Al from Newnan, Ga(south of Atlanta and I needed to find a climate control unit near where my sister lives. I asked her if she knew of a place she would recommend so that my items would be safe and she told me about Uncle Bob's since she has a unit there. I arrived late the evening of 23Jan13 after a long 6 hour drive & I thought I would have a long time doing paperwork. To my surprise it was done in a flash and everything was explained to me,etc. The gentleman was very courteous and professional. He even told me about the referral bonus coming our way since my sister referred me to Uncle Bob's. Any other storage wouldn't even tell you about this due they wouldn't want to give it and they expect the person coming in to know their policy! Kuddos to Uncle Bob's employees for being honest & up front about their polices even though the client didn't/wouldn't have known about the referral bonus. I cannot remember the gentleman's name that helped me on Wednesday, but I do remember that he did have greyish/white hair. I will let everyone I know that is looking for a storage unit where it's for a regular or climate control to go to Uncle Bob's ONLY!!!!

Excellent Service!

I did a fair amount of research online before visiting the storage facility. I found the rental rates to be comparable, if not less than the competing facilities in the area. The store and the unit were very clean and the manager (Eric) was incredibly courteous and professional. I rented a storage unit and a Uhaul and the whole process was efficient and painless. I will only need the unit for a few months, but if I ever have the need for another unit I will go back to this store.

There are two types of storage unit doors:

Swing door: A standard room door.
Roll-up door: Rolls up just like the door on your garage. Roll-up doors are eight to ten feet wide. Note that there are typically six inches on each side between the unit door and the edge of the wall.

What is 24-hour access?

This means you have the ability to access your storage unit whenever you need to, even when the office is closed.

Do storage units have electricity or electrical outlets?
