Airship Self Storage aims for top customer service and security, so we are sadden to hear that you did not have a positive experience. In response to your review, we would like to point out that we made every attempt to accommodate you, since your desired unit type was sold out. Thus, we suggested two smaller units that would fit your needs. As for security, we had an issue that day, which we fixed immediately. We take security very seriously and responded quickly to this gate issue, which is very rare. In addition, we have video surveillance cameras placed all around the property. We believe that it was circumstantial that the gate was not working properly while you were there.
As for customer service, we are puzzled by this. We get many great reviews from our customers, of which, they rarely post such reviews online. We take pride in our customer service.
