Overall the facility is great!! My reasoning behind the 2 Star rating for customer service is because there was no one available at our scheduled time for appointment to complete our rental agreement. There was a sign on the door that said someone would return at 9:30am at 12:00noon. No one answered the phone locally and we were called back by a site in Smyrna, TN. Finally we got a call and the person that called was very nice and tried to contact the site staff unsuccessfully as well. My husband took time off work to make the appointment but had to leave because no one was available.

College student loves space.
A good place to kept your furniture. I’m a college student and was able to fit all my things in their small storage. Their pricing and customer service is excellent.

Central location and great customer service.
This location is great because it is half way between where I did live and where I am going to live. The price is quite reasonable and the staff was knowledgeable and friendly.
