Brian ~ the manager / customer service clerk who handled our contract ~ was very courteous, knowledgeable and thorough. We chose and upper floor unit because New Orleans has a long history of "water" issues and upper floors seem more logical. There are elevators and plenty of carts for moving things upstairs. Very easy. We also like the fact that there is no "deposit" and no long term contracts. All good. Month to month is what we need because this is "temporary" for us. The $1 move-in for the first month was a good thing, too. I think the $22 "administration fee" is a bit much; paperwork is paperwork. If it's that onerous, cut it back! Charging the customer for company-required paperwork is petty. Didn't like that. The facility is clean, secure and convenient. That's what we were looking for. Thanks!
