Overpriced, NOT as "secure" as advertised
I couldn't agree more with Reginald Denney's review. In less than one year I have experienced TWO price increases, the last being 12%. ??? They did this simultaneously with suddenly demanding documented proof of property insurance. My guess is that both are reactions to possibly having a sizeable liability judgment against them. My ins. agent agreed that it sounded like a possibility. (But why punish the rest of us???) If this is the case, it certainly wouldn't surprise me, as there have been MANY times I've driven by to see the gate all the way up with no customers triggering it! I reported this on a couple occasions but it keeps happening. Isn't this why we're paying more, for gated security?? I have also experienced failed attempts to run my credit card, followed by an apology for having to call about it. The best thing I have to say about Milford Self-Storage is that it's very clean. I don't plan to stay at this facility much longer.
