Poor customer service, clients info security
When we got to the location to check in the employee was absent. Other clients were waiting, some inside the facility, a gentleman with me outside the office. The gentleman called number on the paper posted on the door and apparently they didn't know why the employee was absent. Later they called the gentleman to let us now it will be another 10 minutes for employee to return. But the time employee returned, approximately 25 minutes had passed. Then I went to return the keys for the carts and employee was gone. I raised my phone to your camera (corridor between storage and office doors) for company to show it was exactly 5 pm. How can this employee just take off knowing she's holding clients' driver's licenses? If employee, for whatever reason, is unable to fulfill duties, it should had asked to be absent from work on this day. Additionally, why clients have to turn in their driver's licenses when confidential information is on it on this age of identity theft? It is sad these events took place because the facility's cleanliness & security are very good.
