Could Be Improved
Initial setting up was problematic, was told by kiosk number-person to go buy my own lock, but a different person corrected this with a better phone call yesterday, promising a proper lock.
The $87 was a surprise to the $59 I expected to pay.
5 different kinds of spiders in the unit, took me a long time to find the unit because of the decrepit signage.
The kiosk technology is impressive, but overall the facility could use a little love and attention.
Iâm hoping once I have my new lock Monday, all will be well and Iâll feel settled in though.
Thank you for your feedback we take all reviews into consideration to help better our tenants and potential tenants experiences with us. We apologize for the incorrect information that was provided to you by the kiosk call center regarding the lock. As I am sure you noticed the entire facility is currently under complete renovations (new siding in process, new lighting & cameras in process, new paint completed, new roofing upon completion of siding) the kiosk is one of the new renovations as we just installed the upgraded kiosk in the last couple of weeks. We are still working out some of the kinks with the new kiosk and we apologize for any inconvenience these kinks may have caused you. Since you informed us the kiosk did not dispense your lock we have contacted the kiosk maintenance support and the issue has been resolved. Regarding the cleanliness of the facility we did recently power wash all buildings prior to the beginning of the installation of the new siding and we do maintenance each unit as they become available (cleaning out the unit, sweeping it, greasing the doors, treat for insects, and replacing any latches that need replaced) however we do understand renovations at times can be a mess and that mother nature is always at work, taking that and your concerns into consideration we will begin to do additional cleaning maintenance on the grounds and empty units each week during our weekly walk through of the facility. As for the additional fees we would like to point out that $20 of the additional fees are noted on online and on your reservation paperwork noted as lock deposit $10 and administrative fees $10 and the remaining additional fee you incurred is the optional insurance. Again we thank you for your feedback and we hope the changes are making and will be putting into place will better your experience with us.
