Excellent service

I would have given this facility 5 stars but when I reserve the unit, I was not informed that I only have a fourteen day window in order to take advantage of the free truck rental. I called today 4/30/15 to reserve the free truck and I was informed by a gentleman that the day I wanted was outside of the fourteen day window. The day that I got the unit the representative gave excellent customer service. She even stayed past her normal hours to ensure that I was taken care of.

Pleasantly Surprised!

Recently wrapping up my residential relocation and needed a place to store some extra items... After calling the nearest facility to me I quickly realized the prices on these storage units had DRAMATICALLY increased since the ten years or so it's been from the last time I checked on one! So I hopped online Googled around and stumbled upon this awesome site where I located Uncle Bob's! The website had all the local storage facilities, prices and even online only specials made the process a breeze! I even reserved my unit before arriving at the facility... and once there, it was MUCH easier than expected!GREAT customer service at Uncle Bob's! All in all, I was expecting a high priced hassle but was pleasantly surprised at how painless the whole process turned out to be! You definitely want to start here, at the very least, just to get you on the right path if you're in the market for a storage unit.

So far, Ok.

I found the location easy to access. The front desk service was excellent however this facility did not provide any kind of handcart for move-in. This is extremely unusual for a storage facility not to have any type of hand cards for customer move-in. This made my move-in more difficult than necessary. The unavailability of handcart should have been stated on their website or on the phone so that I could have made arrangements to bring help. The storage space was at least conveniently located on the first floor as all units are on the first floor. The unit was clean and ready.
