Close to location we needed
Unsure why we have an access card if we cannot access it 24 hours a day. Sometimes night is the only time we are able to get over there as we work graveyard shift and cannot get in when we need it. Tried setting up direct withdrawal and couldn't. Also, the first month's 50% comes off with the day you move in, and with us it was a 10 day prorated amount as we moved in near the end of the month so that discount was kind of useless to us.

Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review, Kay. We do offer 24/7 access for businesses for an additional charge and temporary 24/7 access during the time of move-in upon request. We prorate rent from the day you move in until the end of the month and we are happy to hear you were able to take advantage of the discounts we had at the time of your move-in. Since your move-in date was June 18th, the option was provided to choose the next two months (July & August) 50% off or the current month and the next 50% off, and the current month and the next was chosen. Our apologies if this was not communicated properly. I do see that your autopay is set up and active, should you have any further issues with that please reach out and we will be happy to assist!
