Average, service okay
The pricing was a bit high. I explained to the person helping me that I had a muscle disorder, and needed some assistance. I don't think he understood how severe my pain could be (how would he really?), but it didn't seem to interest him much...it was business as usual. He did not help me find the unit even when I came back to ask about it because I was confused to were it was located. He was not terrible at customer service, but not awesome either. I gave him my credit card information to be on file, yet I got a call from a second employee on the day of the "move in" to storage that there was no information on file, and I had to find another card to give them. I was in the middle of lunch at a restaurant. Seems like there could be a few training tips.
