OK facility but locked in for hours with no help!
Good clean facility but I got locked in behind the front gate for hours with nobody available to help. The gate would not open for anyone who entered their access codes on the outside or inside. I called their customer support several times over 2 hours and they just kept telling me that they are notifying a manager. I told them that I am calling 911 to get me out of their facility parking lot or will try to disassemble the gate and they started threatening me with some vague consequences. What utter lack of responsibility and common sense! Plus the 25% off the first month sparefoot advertises is misleading. They will give you 25% off only the days left in your move-in month unless you move on the 1st. Stay away if you don't want to be an unsuspecting prisoner!
