Very user friendly !
I live out of state. I am in the area about twice a year. I have never had a problem with my unit. I have told friends about Jim's. I think the best part of it is that I can UPS something to the location and they will lock it up for me.

Great people to work with
The owner is a great guy and very easy to deal with. I would recommend the facility to everyone.

Excellent establishment & service. Clean, dry, and well-run.
We have rented at Jim's since 2010, and find the facility is well-run, clean, dry, and easy to access from Route 422. Brian, the new owner since 2015, is effective and pro-active at communicating with customers. We can recommend Jim's Self Storage to anyone wanting cost-effective quality storage space, either short-term or year-round.

Great experience
We've had a unit here for a number of years - through the transition from the original owner to the current owners, and I can't come up with any complaints at all. Even during the transition it was easy to get information and answers to questions, and the high quality never wavered.

Great Service and Storage
We started renting a unit there back when Jim was around and always had great, attentive service. The new owner, Brian, has taken up the mantle and is continuing on in the same tradition.
