Friendly, and knowledgeable

I was blown away about how friendly the manager was. And very flexible about me needs. They really cater to the customers here.

Quick easy storage

The signup process was so easy. They were so friendly and answered any questions we had. The storage units are clean and easy to get to. Basically, Newbury Park self storage was everything that they were advertised to be. A great find!

Customer Service was excellent.

Our reservation couldn't be found and our daughter received excellent customer service as the problem was solved.
