Yulia at the front desk was wonderful to deal with. The unit was clean and prepared when we arrived. Otherwise, our move in experience was less than satisfactory. We were quoted discounted price of $66.00. I asked several times on phone if there were any hidden charges and told no. You can only confirm reservation either online link or in person. Office closes at 6 pm and we weren’t able to reach there until 9 after a day of packing and traveling hours. The online link didn’t work. I had to call to have it resent. We realized last minute there’s an extra mandatory charge through the link for insurance and a lock..this was not previously told to me. I felt scammed. We started moving in around 9pm. We had heavy furniture. The 5x10 looked to be more of a 5x8. We were 1/2 way moved in, furniture on sidewalk, boxes in elevator inside. The building automatically locked down at 10 pm. We were not warned about this. After an exhausting day we were locked out with half our things outside the building and inside hallway. I called customer service. Spoke to a woman. She wouldn’t do anything to help us. We had to load our uhaul rental again and come back at 6am to finish. My uhaul had to be returned at 11am. Thank God I had it back at 10:55 am. Otherwise I would have been charged for another day. Im not surprised ab the lack of care and customer service. The world is going very bad these days. Ppl don’t care like they used to and companies are full profit, scam focused. The next morning I met Yulia at front desk and she was very professional and nice. She had nothing to do with the sad level of customer service I experienced on the corporate end. Hopefully my things will be safe there for a bit.
