Confusion caused by SpareFoot 100%, whereas, A-Able was a refreshing DELIGHT!
Scheduled to move in on Friday, May 9th-sent dog to doggie daycare ($27) and then received a text message at 9:11 AM from SpareFoot telling me that I was able to move in TOMORROW - so that thru off my planned & scheduled move in day 100%. It was NOT the Storage Facility that caused/created the problem at all - and in fact I showed them the text message. I was then confused when on Saturday May 10th I received an email from SpareFoot asking me HOW my MOVE IN went the day earlier (you may the day you sent me a text message and told me basically that I could not move in that day?) - my head was spinning. Eric, at the desk at A-Able was MOST pleasant and helpful. Smooth move in process - once we got over the hurdle as to why I was not there the day before and he was just as confused as I was -as he stated that the unit was available & ready for me and they had not notified SpareFoot to postpone my move in. So I spent time and money all with SpareFoot's 100% needs to take the blame. I am much happier where I am now-so far, than were I was -Edwards' Mini Storage and would highly recommend A-Able to anyone in the Las Vegas area. Stay away from Edwards Self Storage - where in 2 months I was there, I had THREE billing problems and the Manager was rude and condescending and it took me OVER one hour to vacate the place (paperwork only) due to the incompetent staff they have working. A-Able was a TRUE pleasure and a breeze to deal with, after having dealt with Edwards storage thru SpareFoot in March/April. I cannot explain WHY SpareFoot caused SUCH confusion in my life, when I had made arrangements online, had a confirmation, the facility was available.
