I got locked in the lift elevator. .
Lift elevator fate has been malfunctioning for some time apparently. This was my first visit to start service and lift gate locked, there was no way to contact office to let them know had I been there alone. I had to yell for my husband on another floor. Last inspection certificate expired 5/2019. This elevator and gate needs to be updated.
The ladies in the office were pleasant and efficient, but no apology was offered to me when the office person did show up.
