The facility was dirty, but the unit was clean
The hallways are very narrow, which was a bit difficult to navigate with my furniture.

Decent facility, extremely affordable
Less than $30 a month for a 40 sq ft upper unit is pretty unheard of. Also got first month free as part of a promo. However, the first unit I saw had huge rat droppings. The worker was kind though and moved me to a different, cleaner unit on a different floor. The facility smells old/damp and there seem to a many homeless people who live out of (though not in) storage units here. Despite the negatives, this place fit my needs.

Small but good
For small rental needs, this place is perfect. The only downside is the parking bay which holds only 2 cars or trucks at a time. The service from the manger was very good.
