Helpful, friendly, convenient!!

The size unit I initially requested was too small, Red Dot customer service helped resolve my issue by offering a larger unit and took care of everything over the phone. Now I have all the room I need!!! Thanks for making it seamless Red Dot, I will be recommending your business to others.

Not sure about the lack of human presence?!
