Well I reserved my space from the 1-800 number. I informed them of exactly what I had and they advised me on the size space I needed. When I arrived at the facility I had a friendly experience and all was well. I chose not to see the space because I was moving in the next day and I had decided to upgrade the storage unit anyway so I figured I would be ok. Thankfully I had made the decision to get a bigger space or my belongings would not have fit!! AND I had one less dresser than I had told them over the phone. When I and my movers showed up the door to the storage space was open and there was a microwave still in the unit. Obviously, they didn't check the space once the previous people moved out. Also, there was a lot of snow the day I moved. I realize that is hard to clear but it would have been nice to not have to shovel a drift to reach my interior unit. Also, I was told I would get my first full month free and it had been set up in the computer. My payments are on auto pay and so when I received my statement there was no first month free credited. Other than those few minor details I am pleased with this facility. The staff is friendly and seem to be willing to do what they can to please the customers.
