Drive up storage
We are using an outdoor drive up unit to store our furniture and home goods until the house we are buying is ready for us to move in. The staff here is wonderful. They went far and beyond what you would expect nowadays. They stayed late to accommodate us and one particular staff member even came in on her day off to help out with a printer problem, drove around to other offices to print things out for us, pick up locks, and dropped everything off to us while we were moving into the unit. The drive up facility was not exactly what we expected. We were expecting something like you see on "Storage Wars". These were old and dingy. I'm not sure I would have chosen these units to store my furniture if I saw them prior to move in day, however at that point I had no choice. I would use them more for storing things that can handle the elements or critters (outdoor furniture, lawnmower, etc) I don't know how secure they are, but it doesn't seem like Fort Knox as the name implies.
