Just what we need and the Manager rocks!
We grabbed a unit here a year and a half ago to store our stuff in while we are overseas.
Suggested Areas of Improvement:
We got in on a deal (buy 12 months worth of storage time and get two months for free), and were pretty bummed when the deal ended and wouldn't be extended any longer, but oh well, in general that is part of life and business to some extent, so not a huge concern, but worth noting. Has been hit-or-miss communicating with the staff by email from overseas. Sometimes I have gotten a response immediately/very quickly; other times not at all without follow up on my part.
Facility itself is great. Love it! Just what we need for our storage needs. The manager, Mr. Anderson, is GREAT! He is the only one I have ever actually interacted with in-person, and he has always been fantastic. Helpful, straightforward, patient, and always going the extra mile. Within a month of renting our unit the lock mechanism on our door literally completely fell apart (all the old, loose rivets literally all popped out). Horrified, I went to the office and found Mr. Anderson. Immediately he riveted it back together on the spot and did a great job. I feel the door is even more secure now than when we first rented it. The greatest thing about Mr. Anderson is that he is savvy, efficient, helpful, and professional, but also a real person on top of it all....when talking with him, you never get the feeling of being around one of those abrasive "stuffed-shirt" types like so many of the managers and office workers who run other competing storage facilities around the region. That's why we keep our stuff with C&S!
Pricing is competitive for what is out there on the market. A good deal, I believe, but not the rock-bottom deal you have spent months scouring for, either. At the same time, however, it's not highway robbery either. Fair competitive market pricing on the units.
An overall "A" rating for C&S Mini Storage from my family and I!
