Last minute move in

The only issue we had is that we were told that we were second from the end and that there was a special gate that could be opened to allow us to be about 10ft. from the unit. We had a larger truck and were told we wouldn't be able to make the turn to pull up right in front of the unit, but we would only be about 10 ft. away from the unit. When we arrived, we had to dolly our items more than 50ft. and it took a lot longer than anticipated. This cost us more money because it took us more time and we had to pay the movers an extended amount of time. There was a gate that they could open to let our truck in so we didn't have to dolly the items so far, but we were told they couldn't open the gate. The information we received when we booked the storage unit was differrent than when we arrived so it would have been nice to have consistent information.

Quick and professional service, got what I paid for and more.

Filled out paperwork in less than 10 minutes and got a very fair deal which was the best rate around for a 5x10 unit.
