How to pack and prepare for pickup

Pack the items you're storing and disassemble any furniture that might take up more space than necessary while in storage.

Liquids, illegal substances, perishables and hazardous materials are prohibited. If you're unsure about whether or not an item is allowed in storage, please check with your full-service provider when scheduling your pickup.

Shipping services

Some providers can ship your storage items to a different address or outside of their delivery zone. Please confirm with the full-service provider in your area when scheduling your pickup.

Reservations & Availability

After you submit your desired dates, a customer representative from the provider will reach out to confirm dates and availability.

Storage Facility Visitation

For security reasons, some providers do not allow customers to visit their facility. However, many providers can accommodate same- or next-day delivery pending availability.
