Left Helpless and Disappointed
Something has changed for the worse. So disappointing. We used Sentinel in the past and were looking forward to returning. Boy were we mistaken. We broke down on the way to check in. We saw that we would miss office hours and that they were closed the following day. So I called, explained the circumstances and asked “Jack” for help. We are a previous customer with a reservation for the spot and using the same license, same trailer, same insurance and same credit card as last year. I told him I had access to the internet and email. All my family needed was a little understanding and help under very difficult circumstances. They could not have been more dismissive and cold. Luckily we found another facility with no reservation, no previous relationship and no problem helping us out in our time of need. Tough lesson learned and we hope it saves you from a similar experience.
