Firstly, Jacob is hearing impaired and communicates thru an on line interpreter; in these instances there is often difficulty since the interpreters change, continuity is lost and not every interpreter is as highly skilled as is demanded. Secondly, Jacob came to us as a student at RIT where we offer thru OUR WEBSITE STUDENT STORAGE SPECIAL RATES WITH ON CAMPUS PICKUP with a special request to collect his belongings off campus at his girl friend`s garage. When we arrived we found an enormous quantity of possessions which one would think could not come from a dorm room meant to house two people and their belongings, so much stuff that even our LARGE EXTENDED VAN OF 10 FEET could not accommodate all in one trip and we were forced to make two trips to HONOR OUR AGREEMENT WITH JACOB. I strongly disagree with Jacob`s vision of the circumstances, value and effort for the cost and convenience and will gladly provide recommendations from many other RIT hearing impaired students if any one is interested. We bear no ill will in response to this review and suggest reading other highly appreciative reviews of our facility.
