Remarkable service and availability on short notice.
The online process and personal call for assistance was remarkable in our short-notice situation. The facility access was easy and the "welcome" bag received was a nice touch.

Facility itself was nice, customer service bad
Showed up to move in on the day I reserved and the office was not open even though the hours said they would. Had to call corporate office and that’s when they told me they were out until 2pm (they put no sign on the door and did not tell me). Got it sorted thanks to corporate. The local office called me back at 4pm asking if I wanted to move stuff in before they closed at 5pm...
