My husband and I were downsizing to a smaller unit and after just paying my bill at a huge 300 dollars three days earlier I was hesitant on spending more money on a smaller one, just thinking we could let it ride until next month. But the employee (whom would later identify himself as the "manager") said I would recieve a 230 dollar refund on my initial unit if I wanted to set up the new, smaller unit that day. My husband and I were off and decided this would be best instead of trying to make time later in the month to accomplish our goal. So I did the paperwork for the new unit and dropped another 80 bucks down for it and we busted our but to move everything out of the larger unit and clean it up in order to close it. We closed it five days after paying my bill and he gave me a statement showing that he requested the 230 refund to be sent to my home. Two months and countless phone calls, emails, and complaints I have still seen nothing.
