Customer service was great and the price was affordable.

Andrew was already very helpful and friendly on the phone before my move in date which made me feel more confident as I have never rented storage before. When I got in to fill out paper work, Andrew was very helpful and patiently showed me my unit and found 2 units together because I decided that day that I would end up needing 2 units instead of one. With the two units at the discount and the free truck rental and dolly I walked out the door paying only a fraction of the cost I would have anywhere else. He even lent me a free lock to use since I only bought one lock at the time. My units were clean and I liked that there were cameras and a watch dog on the premises. Great experience so far and I hope my move out goes just as smoothly.

Great place to rent because it's inexpensive and service is great!
The storage units are basic, but in excellent repair. The cost is very affordable and the area is very secure. The manager, Andrew, is outstanding and really goes out of his way to make sure that customers are happy. There are always special offers.

The easiest part of moving!
My moving experience hasn't been a very pleasant one but the manager at Tiger Storage was friendly, easy to work with, and has a very professional and positive demeanor. Finally! Something that was easy to do! The rate was also better than other facilities that I've dealt with and they don't force you to buy unnecessary coverage.

Customer Service Counts!!!!
Tiger Storage called to verify my reservation and each time I called Dee that I spoke with was extremely helpful and answered all my questions. Dee also went above and beyond to stay after work to take care of my initial paperwork. I appreciated the kind and timely customer service on a stressful moving day. It made the end of a long difficult day such a relief:)

Seems very run down. Entry key pad doesn't work well and some characters are rubbed off keys completely. Exit key pad is better but still had keys that stick or don't work properly. People seem nice. Unit floors are wood instead of cement. Facilities need work.

Needing Clarification
I used sparefoot.com to make my reservation with a guaranteed rate of 6 months for a 5x8 with an added admin fee. I was given my unit number, signed the appropriate paperwork and went about my day packing in excruciating heat. When I came back, I unloaded and checked into the office to talk about payment (which wasn't done that morning). The office person could not figure out how to set the computer to give me the rate that was promised to me online. After about 20-30 minutes of trying to get it to work, I paid my first month with fee as she said she would work it out later with the manager and write off the remainder, as it was 27% more than what was guaranteed on my paperwork. I showed up the next day, and she approached me to say she was about to send me my contract in the mail since she forgot to give it to me the day before, and could I come in on Thursday to discuss the price difference with the owner. I intended to, but a few days later, I received another call from her stating that she accidentally put me in a unit one size larger than I reserved. This unit does has a torn internal roof, which I hope doesn't damage my belongings. I really have no idea what's going on with the price or the management of this facility. The office person was very nice, but let me know she was new and seemed flustered at every turn. I feel that although she made a mistake, I should get my quoted price and not have to move things out of my unit, as I'm a single lady and had to pull teeth to get the one helper I got the first time around. Still waiting for a follow up call regarding price and I moved in June 1.
