Had issues with phone service as well as an issue where the management did not remove their lock from my unit on the agreed upon date, and i had to have my movers come back the next day to get my stuff in storage.

We try very hard to meet everyone's expectations. To my knowledge, our bathroom has not been out of service at all. Perhaps this customer came by during lunch. We take pride in having a clean and very functioning restroom. thanks!

Horrible Recomendation
It was the worst experience and costly one I've ever had. Our unit was broken into. Everything was taken and it was from someone that was renting a unit on the complex. We were advised by the mgr on site of what type of lock to bring and we did. he gave us one of his cause the lock we bought didn't fit on their bent storage unit. they promise security cameras and on site mgr 24/7 our unit was across from the mgr room/office. yet we lost everything and they did nothing to replace any of our items. or offer to refund the cost of the unit .

We are so sorry for the misfortunate experience. We remind you that in your contract it clearly states the type of lock needed to secure your storage. Use of a flimsy/weak padlock will always invite testing by criminals. Although we do everything in our power to prevent such incidents, it is very difficult when policies and procedures, even written agreements are circumvented. We also encourage tenant insurance, which in this case was refused in writing. We will continue to be ever vigilant through inspection, surveillance and monitoring to improve the security of our facility. This was an extremely rare occurrence.
