Feedback - Inconsistencies in What's Available
For the most part I had a very good experience. The folks I worked with were courteous and helpful, however, there were some inconsistencies in what different employees told me which made me feel I had been "tricked". I rented two units on two separate occasions within a week of each other. When I rented the first unit I was told I had no choice but to take the Public Storage insurance. When I rented the second, I was told if I produced a written copy of my renter's insurance policy that the insurance would be waived and I wouldn't have to pay for the offered insurance. When I rented the first unit, I was told I could not get the promotion because it was not available for the unit I got (10x30). When I rented the second unit (10x15), I got the promotion but in the course of the conversation was told that I could have gotten 50% off the first, but they wouldn't give it to me now. I'm pleased with the units I have and I feel my stuff is safe where it is. I just thought folks should get their stories straight. I walked away feeling like I had been tricked. Not a good feeling to give your customers.
