Excellent staff, courteous and friendly.Very nice experience. However, I could have moved in 1 day earlier if I had been told before I came down to bring proof of insurance. I had received calls from two different staff members regarding my appointment but neither one mentioned brining my property insurance documents.

Thanks so much for the review! We really appreciate it. We're glad you had a nice experience overall, sorry about the move in delay though. We do require proof of insurance if the Preferred Lease is not utilized. We also require proof of identification at the time of rental. We're so sorry this wasn't explained ahead of time.
