How Livible Works
Livible is a full-service storage company that picks up, stores and delivers your items on demand. Their hours of operation vary by region so please consult with your Livible representative when scheduling your pickup. Livible also offers same-day pickup, pending availability.
Livible will bring a truck and moving team to your door, load your items up and transport them to their secure, temperature regulated facility for storage.
Need something back? Log in to your Livible account online or give them a call to request items and schedule a return delivery. Livible will bring your items back within the same day, pending availability.
Pickup and on-demand delivery
Livible will meet you at your door with a truck and movers to pickup your items for storage.
When you need something back, Livible can return it within 48 hours. Just call or log in to your Livible account online.
Make a list of the items you plan to store. Livible will take photos of your open box to create an inventory that you can access through their online portal. This makes requesting return delivery simple and easy!

How to prepare for pickup
Pack the items you wish to store in your own boxes. Livible can also provide free labels and packing materials to make item retrieval easy.
Remember to disassemble any furniture that might take up more space than necessary while in storage.
Liquids, illegal substances, perishables and hazardous materials are prohibited. If you're unsure about whether or not an item is allowed in storage, please check with Livible when scheduling your pickup.

Pricing & Availability
Pickup and Delivery Fees
With Livible, pickup is free for new customers who plan to stay for 3 months or more. If you are an existing customer or plan to stay for less than 3 months, pickups are $9, plus a per-item handling fee. The per-item handling fee ranges from $1 to $9 depending on the item's size and weight.
You can cancel pickups until 3pm the day before your scheduled pickup with no fee. Late-cancel fees may apply after 3pm.
Reservations & Availability
Livible offers same-day pickup, pending availability. Please contact our customer service representative as soon as you are ready to reserve to lock in the dates that work best for you.
After you submit your desired dates, a Livible representative will reach out to confirm dates and availability.
Security & Access
Storage Facility Visitation
For security reasons, Livible does not allow customers to visit the facility due to a high level of security. However, Livible can return any item same-day for a $9 delivery charge, plus a $1-$9 per-item handling fee.
Livible insures items against damage, theft or loss for $25 per item.
Livible stores items in a safe, temperature regulated facility monitored by security cameras and on-site security staff.
