I I have had a unit at public storage now for almost ayear and I have nothing but great things to say about the customer service.Theresa is the manager there she has been nothing but helpful. Every time I see her she's very personable she takes time to help you if you need help and she honestly cares about keeping yourbelonging safe and secure she works with you and she's always got a smile on her face honestly she is a good representative for public storage and she really deserves some kind of bonus because it's not very often that people can make you smile when you're having a bad day. Thank you

So far it's been a good experience but it has not been that long. But I'm hopeful.

A safe friendly place to keep extra stuff.
I have been with Public Storage for quite a few years now. I only had one incident when someone broke into mine and 3 other storage units but they were right on top of it and let me know quickly. Other than that, it has been a great place. Very helpful and everyone that I have had to deal with has been friendly and more than willing to go the extra mile to make sure my needs were met.
