Good prices - process to rent not very easy. Gate code doesnt work.
Renting during covid 19 stay at home so they needed to adapt to that.
Rented a unit.
Going through the lease online was a a difficult mash up of over the phone and online back and forth.
It was no where near as easy as it should of been.
Customer service was good-ish. Still was not able to recieve a signed lease. Gave up trying and waiting until i can drive into the office and get one on the spot.
Gate code still doesnt work.
Overall, after moving in, peice of mind for my belongings went down considerably. After factoring in the covid changes, this process was still far more difficult than it needed to be.
A higher level manager needs to set out clear and precise instructions on how to complete new tasks remotely as it seemed like no one had thought out the process and streamlined working in this situation at all.
It would also be nice to have a box with plastic sheets or something like that next to the code box to enter the numbers.
In addition, the unit wasn't quite 10 x 10 which made fitting 10ft steel lengths quite a difficult task. Measure before you rent if you need exactly 10ft. It does say approx so i was ok with this, but just a warning.
Hopefully everything is smooth sailing from here.
