The hours were not what was on the internet or what the customer service rep said on the phone. So we were there at the open time which was really not for another hour so it wasted our time.

Bait and switch

Found this storage unit online. The only thing that drew me to this place was the price. After all of the fees though, it almost doubled. The security consists of a fence with a gate. Almost everything, with the only exception being the office, is totally run down. Definitely wouldn't rent from them again.

To begin with No David Sanders is listed in our records as ever having moved in to this facility so as to Mr. Sanders statement "Definitely wouldn't rent from them again." is misleading in that it would indcate that the he had in fact rented a unit. The security gate mentioned is a coded gate, meaning simply that only a customer with a gate code can enter or leave the property. Gate hours are from 7am to 11pm 7 days a week and the Manger lives next door thus preforms random security patrols 24x7. As far as the Mr. Sander statement prices "almost doubled" that is not possible. The Storage application, as does contractual agreement requires a one month minimum rental. If a customer intends to move in after the 10th day of any given month the system will prorate the remainder of that month and charge for the next full month and the adminstration fee is only $10. However if the customer knows in advance that they will not be in the unit for longer than a month, the storage application has the ability to charge for only 1 month, I.E. if they move in on the 10th of August, their move out date would be the 10th of September (meaning that the customer only pays for one month + the $10 administration fee) unless they needed to stay longer then the 10th of September would be their due date and the next move out date would be the 10th of October and so on at which point the customer only pays for 1 month rental at a time (and the admistration fee is only charged once). So Mr. Sanders claim that prices "almost doubled" is simply false. As to the Mr. Sanders statement that "everything with the exception of the office being Totally run down" this statement is simply over Exaggerated. Of the 181 units that we have only 2 are in current need of repair. In summation, it can only be said that this review is not only inaccurate but would indicate by the way that it was titled to be conceived from the beginning from a point of malicious intent, as there is no record that Mr. Sanders has ever rented here, whether or not he has ever even set foot on the property could be called into question.
