I am being overcharged due to no fault of my own.
I made a reservation for a unit and when I arrived the lady in the office could not find it. The price was $86 for the reservation. I ended up having to make a new reservation for the same size unit at $117 per month. I think this is grossly unfair so for sure after the one month free, I will be moving out. I tried to discuss this with the manager but she won't budge. I should not have to pay more for this unit because she could not find my reservation. I am very disturbed by this. I even told her to look again because someone from Cubesmart called me on the same day asking me if I wanted to keep the reservation. The manager just kept making excuses as to why this happened.
