I made this reservation 3 days in advance with sparefoot.com. When I arrived I was told I had no reservation and he elevator was not in service. I proceeded to show her my reservation and the freight elevator were operational. She advised that I needed to go elsewhere. I refused and advised her that I had telephone the facility 5 time the day of my storage use.. After she searched she was able to locate my reservation and apologized. However, I informed her that their customer service needed to improve and serious training. I was not at all happy. Had it been earlier, I would have gone to another facility.. We were exhausted and had a long day to confront this stressful situation, Unfortunately, your staff requires training.
In addition, I was informed that spareroom was different from their organization and my reservation could not be valid... Not a good experience.....
