There was nobody at the facility when we got there. The door was locked and we only had an hour before my moving help had to go to work. I saw a computer screen to the right of the locked door so I began putting in all the information for the storage unit. I couldn't find my reservation so I had to start from scratch. Towards the end I was asked if I wanted the first month or the second month free so I put the first month as I had paid out quite a bit of money to move. We got the code on the screen to open the gate. It wouldn't work. We tried time after time. Just then someone pulled into the storage gate so we quickly followed her through. She got upset with us that we came in. It turned out that she was the person that worked there, but she was late!! After we talked to her and told her we had a password that didn't work, she proceeded to help us and gave us a password that worked and then she lightened up. Then when I got home I saw that the storage facility had only given me three days free to the end of July and charged me for the month of August!!! I was livid!! That was not a free month, that was three days free!!! Very misleading. So I called the storage facility and left a message. I didn't get a call back from the manager like it said. I called the following day and left a second message. Still no call back. I called the third day and still no call back!!!!! I am waiting for my FREE FULL MONTH still and a call back from the manager!!! I read all the reviews about this storage facility and thought it would be a good one, but so far, I am totally disappointed!!!! I continue to wait for my call from the manager!!!
