Great Customer Service!

I signed up online for a storage unit. They didn't have my unit available so they ended up giving be 2 smaller ones for the same price. In the end i ended up with more storage space at the same price. They really took care of me. Also, although there was no one available at the unit I was to be located (they have two).. I called the number for A&M and they sent some over right away. Very helpful and friendly. Although the units themselves are not climate controlled and not clean from the environment, they are concrete flooring. I just swept my unit and it was fine. They are secure and at a great price of anyone needing to store some stuff and not too worried about the climate.
