My experience was great. Customer service was and professionalism was great. Explained how things work and showed me around and the unit before signing anything. Would recommend.

my family and i live on the westside of LA and have had storage there for a number of years, adding units as needed. we decided it was time to consolidate to save money and make it more convenient. oh boy, were we pleasantly surprised! Figuring that the price of everything near us has gone up so dramatically in the last few years, we decided to look elsewhere for space and price. we hit pay dirt when we discovered US Storage Center in Torrance. no only did we lower our total monthly storage in half, we got 30% more space and got drive in, drive out units... the location and access could not be better, so just 18 minutes from our fancy address in the Marina we are in a larger, safe and much less expensive space. Anything wrong with that? Finally, the signin process is perfectly efficient, the service employees were delightful and the place feels cleans and looks clean as a whistle. We could be more pleased. sd
