Errol took care of me and couldn't have it easier
After experiencing loosing my possessions in a fire I needed a break from all the paperwork and running around. I went to the Tuckahoe storage and was treated with kindness, patience and respect for my troubles. Errol took care of me and went out of his way to be helpful. I was so happy to see him come up again to help me find my way. He heard me pushing my cart from downstairs and knew I was going down the wrong aisle. He kindly came to my rescue. I was very appreciative for his concern. Thank you again Errol.

Everything went well. They explained all the terms and showed me around.

Staff was helpful, personable and great to work with
The staff on a holiday weekend was attentive, jovial and welcoming. They walked me up to my unit, offered a few different choices and explained the process in full detail. The facility was clean and my suit was well kept. I am very happy with the overall operation.
