everything come out perfectly,
I'm glad my mom choose to rent an unit at cube smart facility. the customer service was great good price for renting the 5x15 unit. my mom and self we are pleased.

Great service but, overcharged on monthly rate by $5.20 or $62.40/year
The staff was very friendly and helpful. My only issue (and it is significant) is when I reserved it on Sparefoot's website, the monthly rate was quoted as $148.85 per month (sans other fees) but, Cubesmart is charging me $154.05 per month (sans other fees). I showed them your confirmation at the lower rate but could find nothing but the higher rate from Cubesmart. Fix this, please. It amounts to over $60.00 a year more than I had originally agreed to. Thank you!
