Customer service sucks
I picked this storage because of online prices. When I arrived they wouldn't honor what was on my reservation although the manager samantha made the mistake and gave me a smaller unit then what was needed. The manager samantha was unavailable the whole time and she wouldnt rectify the situation by having some type of customer service because she informed her staff that she was busy in a meeting. If a mistake is made, BY THE COMPANY then it needs to be fixed. If my storage was going to be the amount that they forced me to pay, then I could have stayed in NYC AND not even bother with Jersey. I drove there and passed 300 other storages. Moving my stuff soon because if the customer service isn't good that also follows with your items not being protected inside their storage either because they don't care.
