Clean Storage Units
I booked this unit online via Sparefoot.com and was told that I'd be contacted by someone to go over my booking. I actually had to call one of the several phone numbers listed to reach someone who could accommodate me on the day of my move-in. The 1st person I spoke with stated he was not the owner, just the "contractor" who cleans out the units as well as fixes things in the townhouses directly across from the units. Then I received another call from a man stating he was not the owner, the first man I spoke with was. It was very confusing, but someone did meet us at the location to sign the rental agreement. I was a bit surprised that they required a one year lease agreement! I told the owner I wasn't sure how long I would need the storage and he did let me have a 6 month lease with it being month to month afterwards, with 30 days minimum notice. It wasn't the least expensive in the general area but because it was very close to where I lived, I selected this place. Overall it's an ok place to store your things, but only if you know you're going to be storing them for an extended amount of time.
