I recently rented a storage unit for over two months. When I booked it, i was told by someone called Ingrid, that I would have free access to truck (which was the selling point or me). The day before I moved out of the unit, I get a called again from Ingrid asking me for the payment of the last 5 days, to which I told her that everything was paid for. The day I picked up my stuff the same person told me that the truck was not for free and that there was a mistake in the system and that is why she called me to ask me for the money (not even saying sorry about that). The truth is that I returned late the truck due to traffic. Ingrid and another woman in the office yelled at me that I was late, I apologized. Then when she charged my credit card I explained to her that I was told differently (she simply said that the person who offered me that was not longer working at the company, I said ... thata was you). Then she said that she was not going to argue with me, I said I am a customer and I am asking you for an explanation (my bill not clear at all)... the other woman started saying something and when I said to her (very respectfully) that I was just talking to Ingrid... she lost it, she literaly asked me to get the f.. out of there. I asked her to change the words she used because I was not using such language. She was so rude and continued cursing and yelling. Ingrid said that she was not giving me any explanations. She just picked up the phone and called the polite. I never ever had an experience like this. They could have been right about the bill but the way they treated me... it is beyong rudeness..
